Shipping policy
All products are shipped from Northern California (Sebastopol, CA 95472). Most of our products are processed and shipped within 1 - 3 business days.
Upon purchasing a product from Rorabaugh Design Studio you can expect to receive:
- A notification for order confirmation. This will include details about the order and payment.
- A notification when the order has been picked up by our preferred carrier. This will include a tracking number.
- A notification when the order has been delivered.
International Orders
We are not responsible for any import fees, duty fees, import taxes, or any fees when entering the country of your purchase. It is 100% up to the buyer.
COVID-19 Shipping Delay
Our goal is to fulfill orders within our usual timeframes. However, delivery times may be longer than usual. U.S. shipping can take up to 4-14 business days, and international shipping may take up to 21-45 business days due to the capabilities of our delivery partners and any government’s recommendations or regulations towards self-isolation.
