GENERAL SHIPPING INFO

 

Domestic Shipping

Every order ships from Rorabaugh Design Studio in Sebastopol, California, USA. Our shipping days are Monday through Friday. 

Once you place your order, the Penduloz products are calibrated and they ship in 2-5 days after you place your order

If you place an order Friday afternoon it will ship out on Monday. Carriers do not count weekends or the day your order ships towards shipping time.

You will receive a tracking code from us once the product ships.  If you can't find it, check your spam folder. They like to hide there. 

If you do not receive your order within the shipping time, please contact us at hello@rd1studio.com with your order number.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.  Please provide a physical address.

International Orders

We are not responsible for any import fees, duty fees, import taxes, or any kind of fees when entering the country of your purchase.  It is 100% up to the buyer.

COVID-19 Shipping Delay

Our goal is to fulfill orders within our usual time frames. However, delivery times may be longer than usual. U.S. shipping can take up to 4-14 business days, and international shipping may take up to 7-14 business days due to the capabilities of our delivery partners and any government’s recommendations or regulations towards self-isolation.
